If you are single, the start of July 2013 is an ideal time for Libra to meet new people and make new friends. The balance of The Sun, Uranus and Pluto squared against Libra give you a firm foundation on which to build new relationships. All Libra must take care around the middle of the month not to speak out of turn even in jest as your comments might be taken the wrong way.

Career:
A good month for networking for Libra. Seek out just who in your workplace can provide you with the new connections to progress your career. You do not have to say to much, in fact keep your comments to a minimum.

You may feel a little under pressure towards the end of July once The Sun moves from Cancer in to Leo on July 22nd. Keep focussed and do not let your finances get sidetracked.

July 2013 begins with some favourable alignments for Libra. With The Sun in Cancer opposite Pluto in Capricorn both squared against Libra and Uranus in Aries, you must make the most of the steady state and balance that these aspects provide Libra. This is a time for you to start new projects and make new interpersonal connections. A bit of networking in the first couple of weeks of July 2013 will serve Libra well over the next few months. Go out of your way to meet new people and find out what their skills are. You don't know who you will need to call on for assistance over time.
