Virgo is ruled by The Planet Mercury, the winged Messenger of the Gods, with a lesser influence from the minor planet Ceres. Virgo is the zodiac sign of knowledge and information and reflects the organizational nature of Mercury.
The speedy nature of Mercury sometimes makes decisions too quickly for Virgo. Mercury needs a solid goal to achieve or Virgo simply loses focus and moves on to something new. There is a concentration on the smallest of details when there is a clear path to take.
