Romance:
Problems that have caused a strain in your relationships will cease this month when at times The Moon come in and out of certain aspects with Libra, and you will finally be able to plan ahead with a clear conscience. If single expect a new relationship to develop into more than just friendship.

Career:
Keep your eye on the ball this month, you may be tempted to have your say but if you do just be careful with the words you choose. Everyone has their own agenda as you do your own, don't allow for any mix ups.

Money:
How you wish to spend your money is up to you, just be prepared for any sudden changes this month when the spare cash you do have comes in handy. A close friend has a proposal that could be the start of something new for you both.

Travel:
You will be given the opportunity this month to plan that dream holiday, you may need to start saving now though as it will be around sooner than you think. Make sure all documents are signed and up to date.

Home:
You feel a lot more relaxed than you have in the previous months gone by. Now that you are more settled and things have calmed down you can look forward to a more peaceful future for you and your family. Feel free to make any changes, this is a good month to do so.

Libra could well have feelings of isolation during February 2013. In the past couple of months you have to come to rely just on yourself, at the expense of some of those close to you. Whist this is ok in the short term, to grow and develop Libra requires more than a little social contact. The usual satisfaction with life a Moon Pluto conjunction is something of a dilemma for Libra, as you will feel a little restless for something more from this aspect. Take care not to over analyse.
The February 13th conjunction of The Moon with Uranus could cause any Pisces friends to look at you in a new light. Pisces takes a time out from their usual dreamy ideas and look for something substantiative. Take a chance on making the first move. You need as much help as you can to improve relationships you may have allowed to slip. Make the effort to think through how best to communicate with all other signs once this aspect has passed.
By the February 28th opposition of The Moon in Libra with Uranus in Pisces you will feel a lot better about your interaction with those close to you.
